The Department of Biology has a reading room for the Students of the Department which is located on the Ground Floor of the Southeast wing of the building. The reading room is free access for the students of the Department and is open daily from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00.
In the reading room the student can use installed computer systems with applications available from the University of Patras such as Microsoft Office, SPSS and ARC GIS as well as to browse the internet through the wider network of the University of Patras.
In addition to the use of installed computer systems, the library functions as a reading room, where students can read their own books as well as connect to their personal laptops on the internet through a wifi hot spot that is available on site.
